Returns Policy

  • Unopened Products: If you’ve changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, unopened products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. The product must be in its original packaging and in unused condition.
  • Opened Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened products unless there is an issue with the product itself (see below).

Refunds for Product Issues

If there is a problem with your product—such as damage during shipping, a manufacturing defect, or incorrect items received—we will provide a full refund or replacement. How to Return an Unopened Product
